DIANA ROBERTSON - Principal, Creative Director

A pioneer in the pre-sell marketing arena, Diana has spent over 25 years marketing real estate developments. Considered a real estate marketing expert by peers and clients, she has directed the strategy, creative and project management for hundreds of new home projects (urban, suburban and master planned) in Canada, the US and the Caribbean. From conception to completion, Diana has award-winning creative talent as well as exceptional analytical, operational and strategic marketing skills. Her approach to every project is sales-driven and organized.

 

A consummate artist and designer, Diana served previously as President of Robertson Pick Creative Services in Vancouver, and Design /Marketing Director for R Group Communications with offices in Vancouver, Seattle, and San Diego. A founding member of the Vancouver GEORGIE Awards, she has judged awards programs in Canada and the US, and has also been the recipient of over 200 awards for real estate marketing excellence. In 2004, she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Consumers Choice Awards for the Vancouver region.

PATTI CALDWELL - Principal, Sales and Marketing Director

A visionary in the wellness field, and a dynamic business leader, Patti has over 25 years of sales and marketing management experience in both the lifestyle and real estate industries. Her day-to-day experience covers every aspect of operations, including planning, sales, marketing, staffing, financing and supply-chain management. She has trained, motivated and lead numerous sales teams to success on multiple projects. She has solid experience in operations efficiency, budgeting, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as excellent production co-ordination skills facilitating offline media (print, radio, collateral and TV) and online media requirements. She ensures that her clients make the most of their marketing budgets by focusing on producing unique marketing collateral that creates awareness and action to optimize sales. Lead, motivate and engage are the key drivers that inform Patti’s approach to life and every sales, marketing and business opportunity, resulting in effective solutions that really work for her clients.
